Cancellation Policy

Autobuddy SA – Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched.

2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel, customers must contact our support team by email or WhatsApp with:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for cancellation

Cancellations are only confirmed once the customer receives an official cancellation confirmation from Autobuddy SA.

3. When Cancellation Is Not Possible
Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • The order has already been processed or packed
  • The order has been dispatched with a courier or Pudo partner

In these cases, the customer will need to follow the Return & Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation Confirmation
Once the cancellation is approved, we will send a confirmation message/email.

5. Refund Timing (If Paid)
If payment was made before cancellation:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and banking partner.
