Autobuddy SA – Return Policy

At Autobuddy SA, we understand that sometimes parts need to be returned. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted.


1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted unless covered under warranty.


2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • All seals, labels, and serial numbers must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical components that have been opened, installed, or tested
  • Special-order or imported parts
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

  1. Contact our support team with their order number.
  2. Provide a reason for the return.
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.
  • Autobuddy SA is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

6. Inspection & Outcome

Once received, the item will be inspected.

After inspection, the customer will be notified whether:

  • The return is approved for refund
  • The return qualifies for exchange
  • The return is rejected (with reason provided)
