  • The Courier Guy
  • PUDO (locker-to-door/locker delivery)
  • Other major South African courier partners where required

The courier used may depend on delivery location, parcel size, and service availability.


2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines begin once the order has been processed and dispatched.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your area (main centres vs regional/outlying areas).


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number (where applicable).

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and parcel size.
  • Promotional free shipping (if offered) applies only to qualifying orders.

5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that delivery details are accurate.

6. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product.
  • Do not install or use the damaged item.

We will investigate with the courier partner and resolve the matter accordingly.
